How To Reset Cashier Password

To reset a cashier's password, please follow these three simple steps.

  1. Select 'cashier' under the User area menu located on the left side of your screen, and all the cashiers under your network will be displayed immediately. There are usually four cashiers.
  2. Locate and click on "Reset Pw" at far right of the page corresponding to the cashier account/number you intend to reset the password. 
  3. Input a new password on the pop-up column and click Proceed.
